RETURN AND CANCELLATION POLICY

We strive to ensure a seamless return process for your convenience. Here are the steps to return your product:

1. Inform

  • Share the name and image of the product via email at Stunandcharmjewels@gmail.com.
  • Ensure you email us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
  • Once reviewed, we will approve your return request.

2. Return

  • After receiving our approval, ship the product(s) back to us with the original packaging safely intact.
  • The product(s) must reach us within 5 days of return request approval.
  • The shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
  • Products must be in their original, unused condition with complete packaging and tags intact.
  • Damaged products or those without their original packaging will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Use a reliable courier service and share the tracking details after shipping the product(s).

3. Refund

  • Once your return package is received, we will notify you within 24-48 hours.
  • After a quality check, we will issue a refund to the original form of payment.

Cancellation Policy

  1. Order Fulfillment Timeline:
    • Orders are typically processed and fulfilled within 2 hours of placement.
  2. Eligibility for Cancellation:
    • Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.
  3. Cancellation Process:
    • For COD orders, we will call you for confirmation before shipping.
    • For prepaid orders, cancellations before shipping are eligible for a refund.
  4. Refund for Prepaid Orders: A refund to the original payment mode (with a 5% deduction as payment gateway charges) will be made.
