REFUND POLICY
Mode of Refund
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 48 hours of receiving and reviewing the returned product.
once the refund request is approved, the refunded amount would be processed and credited to the original mode of payment within two business days.
Applicable Deductions
1.Non-Acceptance of Prepaid Orders
- A deduction of ₹250 will be made for forward and reverse shipment costs if the order is shipped back to us.
- The remaining amount will be refunded to the original form of payment.
2.Online Prepaid Transactions
- If the amount is deducted from your card/wallet but the order confirmation is not received, please contact us before placing another order.
- If a new order is placed without confirming the previous transaction, a 5% deduction for payment gateway charges will apply before issuing the refund.
3.Token Amount Refund for COD Orders
- The token amount will not be refunded if:
- The Cash on Delivery (COD) order is not accepted.
- The COD order is cancelled by the customer.
- The COD order is returned to us for any reason.
- A standard deduction of ₹250 applies for the forward and reverse journey of the package.
- Excess Token Amount Refund
- If the token amount paid for a COD order exceeds ₹250, the additional amount will be refunded.

Eligibility for Refunds
- Damaged/Used Products
- Products that are damaged, used, or sent back without their original packaging are not eligible for refunds.
- These items can either:
- Be shipped back to you at an additional ₹125 shipping cost, OR
- Be collected in person from us.
- Return Timeframe
- Returns must be informed within 48 hours of receiving the item.
- The returned items must reach us within 5 days.
- Items failing to meet this timeframe are not eligible for returns or refunds.
- Promotional Offers (e.g., BUY 2 GET 1 / BUY 1 GET 1)
- If you return an item purchased during a promotional offer, the entire order must be returned.
- The free item cannot be kept if the purchased item is returned.
Damaged Product Received Policy
At Stun and Charm Jewels, every product undergoes thorough Quality Checks and is packed with care to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. However, in rare cases, rough handling during transit by the courier may cause damage. Here’s what you need to do if you receive a damaged product:
- Report Within 48 Hours:
- Create an unboxing video or take clear pictures of the product showing the damage.
- Email us at stunandcharmjewels@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the package.
- Attach all proofs (video or pictures) for a faster resolution.
- We will respond to your email within 48 hours.
- Reverse Pickup (India Orders Only):
- Once your return is approved and verified as eligible, we will arrange a reverse pickup at no extra cost.
- The pickup will be attempted within 24 hours of confirmation.
- Ensure the product is ready for pickup. Failure to do so may lead to cancellation of the pickup, and you will need to ship the product back at your own cost.
- Resolution Process:
- After the reverse pickup is completed successfully, we will:
- Dispatch a replacement (subject to availability) within 2 days. Replacement product will be received within 5 to 7 days.
- Issue a full refund for the product if a replacement is unavailable.
